2. Tourism services
We sell tourism products as an authorised agency. Before booking we disclose the tour operator, the tourism product content and our authority to sell it, per Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'. Tour operators are subject to financial guarantee rules.
3. Booking and price
Prices, inclusions and terms are shown before checkout. We do not mislead consumers about services or prices, per Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' and Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising'. A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is made in the currency and by the methods shown at checkout. A deposit secures your place; the balance is due by the date in the booking confirmation. Late payment may cause cancellation.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- If you cancel: refunds depend on the cancellation date and third-party costs already incurred.
- If we or the operator cancel: you get a full refund or a comparable alternative.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of the cancellation notice.
