Snow depth, trail and lift availability and weather depend on nature and may change without notice. Such information is indicative only, and no specific snow or weather condition forms part of the contract.

Snow sports and mountain travel carry inherent risks, including injury. You assess your own ability, follow resort rules, use protective equipment and hold adequate insurance covering winter sports and medical evacuation.
4. Pricing and advertising
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and cover the items listed in the offer. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising" we give clear information about the service, price, terms and seller's identity, without misleading claims.
5. Tourism services
